Athukorala tea is freshly plucked from our family owned tea gardens. Once plucked, its processed at our very own tea factories and posted to reach you without any middle party involved.

Goods will be delivered fee, if the delivery destination is in Sri Lanka. Usually in Sri Lanka delivery will be completed within 2-3 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Once your order has been successfully placed, a confirmation email with complete order details and current status of the order will be sent to you.You are given the option of providing your contact number to our shipping agent to keep you informed before the delivery reaches its destination.Usually, you will be contacted before the delivery is made. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you will be guided on how to collect your parcel from the nearest location or rearrange delivery.Public holidays are not considered as valid working days and therefore, if your delivery date falls on a public holiday, you could expect your order on the next working day.
International delivery/shipping charges are calculated automatically at the checkout page,based on the weight of your parcel and the country of delivery. Estimated shipping time will also be mentioned based on the destination at the checkout.Once your order is placed, youll receive a confirmation email, finalizing all details of your order.
You will be provided with a tracking number, which would allow you to monitor the current status of your order at any given point of its journey once its dispatched from our factory.Your product shipment will be handled by the internationally trusted shipping agent (Courier Company); assuring you a safe and reliable delivery of your order.
